• Architectural Specifications: The Master Lock No. 1790MKADA Locks are built-in keyed locks with a rotational operating deadbolt latch that locks by wrapping around a stationary latch plate or post. Once locked, the latch is not be moveable until the lock is properly opened. The Master 1790MKADA Padlock fit single-point rotating latch lockers and are ideal for multiple users assigned access for short time periods. The 1790MKADA have a high security 5-pin tumbler cylinder, come with two (2) keys per lock, 1 with oversized ADA Key Head and mounting hardware. The Master Lock No. 1790MKADA Locks meet the United States Department of Justice “2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design”, which requires 5% of lockers meet ADA specifications. These standards also state that operable parts ("locks") meet the following requirements: 1. Shall be operable with one hand; 2. Shall not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist to operate; 3. Shall have a force required to activate of 5 lbf (22.2N) maximum.
