The High Performance HES 8500 Strike Requires Little or No Modification to Door Frame for Fast and Convenient Installation: Simply Remove the Existing Strike Plate, Remove the Dust Box and Install. The Compact Grade 1 8500 Strike Complies with NFPA 80-07 Guidelines for Retrofit Into Fire-Rated Frames and Accommodates Mortise Latchbolts Up to 3/4" Throw.
